Mothers bring babies aged between 1 week and 4 months. When both mother and baby are healthy and the mother is ready, it is never too early to begin classes. Classes present a great way to get going following childbirth.

Please bring only healthy babies and mothers. If either is sick, classes can be made up at a later date.
